In August 2007 I faced business failure and personal bankruptcy due to the collapse of the residential construction industry. As we came out of bankruptcy in July 2008, we were seeking ways to begin again. We had researched and developed a business plan to begin a waste and recycling company in Habersham County. Our obstacle of course was funding. We had only one asset left and that was a Ford Ranger truck. We called Auto Cash and spoke with Billy about borrowing some money against the truck to get started.
We needed $1800 to purchase an order of roll out carts to begin our new business. Auto Cash made us the loan and we were able to begin. In January 2009 we had the opportunity to purchase a garbage collection truck for $2500. We went to Auto Cash and again were able to borrow enough money to purchase the truck. Unfortunately, in September 2009 we had an accident in the truck and were faced with needing a replacement immediately. Again, Auto Cash was willing to help us.
We have now been in business for over 3 years, showing steady growth each year. From working by myself to now having 6 employees, our business is a success. We owe much of that success to Auto Cash, without them we can truly say we would not have been able to start or continue in our business.
